If you are looking for a quiet and natural accommodation in the countryside and can keep an eye on everything in the house working: we can offer accommodation in a private room with its own toilet and with access to all public areas in the house. The terrace and garden are facing south with lots of sun and nice views. Behind the house, there is a forest that has nice paths for walking. We are retired and want a tenant who will make sure that everything in the house works and that no damage occurs when we are away. The terrace and garden are south-facing with lots of sun and nice views. Behind the house, there is a forest that has nice trails for walking or mountain biking. Eskilstuna is 14 km away. There is a bike path almost the entire distance. There are a few buses daily during the school terms, Monday to Friday. Car or motorcycle is recommended. We are retirees and want a tenant who makes sure that everything in the house works and that no damage occurs when we are away. A well-behaved and calm person with ability to pay, without payment defaults with good references. If you are studying, you should be able to show a certificate of CSN. Write a few lines about yourself and provide contact information (phone number and email). NOTE: You must be registered in Sweden and have a valid residence permit. Guest access The whole house except for the hosts' bedroom. During your stay Phone, text or directly via me when I am in the house. Other things to note Wi-Fi via fiber is available and is included in the price. The hosts are an elderly couple who are retired. They live in the house most of the year but spend a lot of time abroad. For longer stays, they would like to meet the tenant first.
