You who long for a quiet and natural accommodation in the countryside and can keep an eye on everything in the house working: we can offer accommodation in your own room with your own toilet and with access to all public areas in the house. The terrace and garden are facing south with lots of sun and nice views. Behind the house, there is a forest that has nice trails for walks. We are retirees and want a tenant who is aware that everything in the house works and that no damage occurs when we are away. The terrace and garden are facing south with lots of sun and nice views. Behind the house, there is a forest that has nice trails for walks or mountain biking. Eskilstuna is 14 km away. There is a bike path almost the entire distance. There are a few buses daily during the semesters, Monday to Friday. Car or motorcycle is recommended. We are retirees and want a tenant who can make sure that everything in the house works and that no damage occurs when we are away. A well-behaved and calm person with ability to pay, without payment defaults with good references. If you are a student, you should be able to show a certificate of CSN. Guest access The whole house except the hosts bedrooms. During your stay Phone, text or directly via me when I'm in the house. Other things to note Wi-Fi via fiber is available and is included in price. The hosts are an older couple who are retired. They live in the house most of the year but spend a lot of time abroad. For longer stays, they would like to meet the tenant first.
