Gîte de Guise, pets welcome

Welcome to our house located in Guise in the heights overlooking the tower of the castle. Located away from the city, in a quiet street, tranquility is guaranteed. The space Access to the house and garden of about 2000 m² is via a private macadam driveway. The ground floor is composed of a large fully equipped kitchen with bay window overlooking the 80 m2 terrace. The kitchen is open to a very bright 60 m2 living room. A bathroom with spa bath, shower and double sink as well as a separate toilet complete the ground floor. 3 attic bedrooms are located on the first floor of the house. In the largest bedroom you will find 2 double beds, in the second 1 double bed and 2 single beds in the last bedroom. You will also find a finished basement consisting of a laundry room with washing machine, ironing board, steam generator, as well as the boiler room with pellet boiler that heats the whole house and a second entrance. All the ground floor (except the bathroom where the glazing is blurred) is equipped with electric roller shutter. Upstairs all the skylights have blinds to allow you to darken the rooms if you wish. Other things to note We accept pets without limits and without extra charge as long as they do not cause any damage. The garden is about 2000 m2 and overlooks a horse pasture of more than one hectare but the whole is not enclosed. Access to the house is via a long macadam driveway, which makes the house far from the road.
