Single room in a Family house Yarrabilba/Logan QLD

We’ve converted our media room into a private room. I live with my wife and we don’t have kids. The room has a sliding door but no lock. You're renting the room and the shared bathroom only. Please leave shoes outside the house. No house key provided for stays of 1–2 nights. The room is downstairs. Let me know your arrival time, and I'll leave the door open. The Room has: TV Fan Bar fridge Hair Dryer Queen bed Bedside table Lamp Tall boy The space The room has tv, tall boy, queen bed with sealy mattress. I prefer people that come only to rest and sleep. Guest access Let me know when you’re arriving and I’ll let the front door open. Your room is downstairs after the office. As it was a media room I installed a sliding door and there is a locker inside no locker outside. During your stay The guests are always busy and are very quiet but everyone is friendly and not afraid to say hi and have a quick chat.
