Capacity of people • Only 4 people can go up to the social area, and only those who are registered in the reservation. • Additional people or visitors are not allowed in the social area. • A maximum of 6 people in total are allowed in the apartment: • 4 guests staying • Up to 2 visitors, only inside the apartment. 2. Visitors • Visitors may NOT use social areas. • Visitors must keep a low profile, without noise or crowds. • No groups, gatherings or events allowed. 3. Social area • No video recording, photo shoots or filming. • It is FORBIDDEN to set up professional equipment (cameras, lights, tripods, drones, microphones, etc.). • Failure to comply may result in a warning call, fine or expulsion by the tower management. 4. Apartment Use • SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED inside the apartment. • NO smoking cigarettes, vaping, hookah, shisha or juca. • Smoking fine and additional deep cleaning charges if odor or residue is detected. 5. Noise and coexistence • Maintain absolute respect for the neighbors. • No loud music or excessive noise is allowed at any time. • No parties, no events, no social gatherings. 6. Conduct • Respectful behavior at all times with security, management and neighbors. • Any disrespect or breach of rules will be grounds for immediate sanction. 7. Guest Liability • The guest is fully responsible for the behavior of their companions and visitors. • Failure to comply with any of these rules may result in: • Immediate cancellation of your stay • Total loss of booking • Fines imposed by the tower • Eviction without right to reimbursement 8.
