Our home is a great base for both work and leisure! The space Please be advised, although the property can sleep a maximum of 4 guests, it is more comfortable for 3 guests for longer stays due to the bed sizes. LIVING AREA: • Bright and airy living room with comfortable seating for four. • Smart TV for your entertainment (own subscriptions required) • French doors opening directly into the private garden. KITCHEN & DINING: • Fully-equipped kitchen-diner with a dining table for four. • Amenities include: gas range cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, air fryer, fridge and freezer. BEDROOMS & BATHROOM: • Master Bedroom: Peaceful space with a king-size bed and ample storage, overlooking the garden. • Second Bedroom: Features a small double bed (4ft wide), perfect for one guest or a cozy fit for two. • Dedicated Study: A quiet workspace with adjustable standing desk and office chair. • Family Bathroom: Renovated in March 2025 with a shower over the bath. OUTDOOR SPACE: • Private, enclosed lawned garden, perfect for pets to play safely. • Small patio with a bistro set for two, ideal for morning coffee or something stronger in the evening. A travel cot and high chair are available for an extra cost, ensuring a stress-free stay for younger families. Just around the corner is the Chequers Inn serving classic British food and Indian cuisine (they also do takeaways). Nearby, the village of Eynsham is 1.5 miles away for all your essential needs (enjoy exploring its 9 pubs!) Estelle Manor is less than 6 miles away, majestic Blenheim Palace is 5 miles away and Oxford city is 20 minutes away by car or bus. Cassington is also conveniently located close to the A40 with Burford 'the gateway to the Cotswolds' less than 20 minutes away. Why not stop at Jeremy Clarkson's Farmer's Dog pub on the way, just 11 miles away. Guest access Guests will have sole and private use of the entire two-storey property and the enclosed garden during their stay. Please note that the garage located at the end of the garden is reserved for the owner's personal use and is not accessible to guests. Other things to note Our home is a mid-terrace in a quiet close knit neighbourhood, so strictly no parties allowed please. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. • Strictly no smoking or vaping indoors please. • Check-in/Out: Standard check-in is from 4:00pm, and check-out is by 10:00am. An earlier check-in or later check-out may be possible for an additional fee and must be arranged in advance. • Pet Fee: A fee of £30 per stay applies for guests bringing pets. Please ensure you tick the 'Pets' box when booking. • Please note the fireplace in the living room is for decorative purposes only and is not in use. • Family Amenities: A travel cot and high chair are available for an additional cost of £25 per stay. Please request these at the time of booking and bring your own bedding for the cot. • Key Charges: Please return keys to the lockbox upon check-out. A £50 callout charge will apply for misplaced keys, and £100 will be charged for lost keys.
