Time stops in the calm of the Gâtinais to indulge in reading under a tree or by the pool, a game of petanque, ping-pong or board games while the children play on the large wooden structure. Multiple games are at your disposal, as well as the swimming pool heated to 28° (between 01/06 and 30/09). A gas barbeque completes your stay. The space HEATED SWIMMING POOL available ONLY from June 1 to September 30. Sleeping arrangements and amenities: This home has three bedrooms. One of them is on the ground floor, with an area of 17m2 with a double bed of 160*200, a dresser, a table and two chairs, a rocking chair and a TV. A wooden crib can be made available on request. This bedroom overlooks the inner courtyard. It also allows direct access to the small private terrace. This home has two other attic bedrooms in a row and upstairs, with a spiral staircase. The first bedroom offers two 90*200 twin beds, children's toys and a TV. The second bedroom is composed of two 80*200 twin beds, forming a 160*200 bed, (we can on request prepare the two single beds) and is equipped with a dresser. The living room is equipped with a new sofa bed with Bultex mattress that can accommodate two additional beds. A shower room, equipped and functional is located on the ground floor, as well as a separate toilet. Living rooms: You will enjoy a pleasant living room designed to accommodate 8 guests, a flat-screen TV and board games. The living room opens directly to the glass window allowing immediate access to the main private terrace, orchard, bocce court and children's playground. A garden furniture for 8 people is at your disposal, as well as a gas barbecue. You will also find an equipped kitchen with a dining table for 8 people. Small clarification: We live on the same land and all exteriors are shared with ourselves. However, everyone has their own peace and privacy. Guest access Outside, you can enjoy the orchard, the children's play area, the petanque court, the ping pong table, from June 1 to September 30 the swimming pool heated to 28° between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m., terraces and chickens that walk in the orchard... in short, the whole estate shared with ourselves welcomes you. We also have two cats, Lady, still very young and Romeo, who bears his name very well because he will do everything to seduce you. Cuddles and purrs at will. We live on the same land and all exteriors are shared with ourselves. However, everyone has their own space, tranquility and privacy. Finally, a stay contract will be submitted to you by email for signature before your arrival, and we will ask you to provide a certificate of insurance as well as a government-issued ID.
