Historic Jersey Cod House incl breakfast

Our home is a quirky and unusual Merchant's Cod House of historical significance, with many original Georgian features - from large mahogany doors, high ceilings, winding staircase and open fireplaces. Set in a quiet rural parish, but within walking distance to Bonne Nuit Bay, a little fishing harbour with a small sandy beach. The house is full of character and history, interesting architecture, but is still, a loved family home. The space PLEASE READ BEFORE INQUIRY. Please send a message first to check availability, do not block off dates on the calendar before you make your enquiry. There is a minimum stay of 6 nights during peak summer months. Sometimes we have some flexibility so please make an enquiry first. All non Uk residents will need a passport to enter Jersey. Thank you. Jersey is an Independent State and has its own travel rules and regulations, which may differ from the UK and EU. A PASSPORT is needed to enter Jersey. During the Summer months, due to demand, there is a minimum stay of 6 nights. During the rest of the year it is a minimum stay of 3 nights. There are 3 bedrooms available, 2 with Queen sized beds, suitable for 2 sharing in each room and one room with a double bed. The double bedroom is for single use only and this is reflected in the reduced price. The Queen sized room for two sharing is £95 per night including continental breakfast and the Single room is £100 per room/ single occupancy. Each room is very individual, providing all that is necessary for a comfortable stay and we will always try and provide extras where necessary- extra bedding and pillows, dressing gowns etc. We have two bathrooms available, one is adjacent to one bedroom the other one is on the 2nd floor, these does mean a set of stairs to the next level. We provide a continental breakfast with tea, coffee and juice, cereal, yoghurt, fruit, toast and croissants. We vary the breakfast for longer stays. We are happy to accommodate children over 14 years of age but unfortunately not small children as the house is unsuitable for little people. During your stay We are more than happy to interact and socialise with guests but also realise people value their privacy and need to have a relaxing and comfortable stay, to that end, we would try and help where needed and provide as much information when requested, either personally or by telephone if we are not around. We can recommend, restaurants, places to visit and directions. We are also happy for guests to use the garden. We have plenty of off street parking. Other things to note There are a variety of shops within walking distance of the house. Including, general store, baker, M&S, chemist and post office.
