If you are looking for an idea for a getaway 1.5 hours from Paris, we rent our house in Seine-et-Marne on the border of the Loiret surrounded by fields 🌾 Kleo's estate is ideal for large families, groups of friends or team seminars looking for calm, rest and nature. 92 km from Paris, the house is accessible by car (1h20) or by train via Souppes station, 8 min by car (TER from Paris Gare de Lyon). The space 🏡 The house in a few words: - 326 m², beautiful bright spaces - A building dedicated to the indoor pool - 7 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms - Large fully equipped kitchen - A movie theater - In order to take full advantage of the interior spaces, the house is ideal for 14 people (kids-friendly 👶🧸) Completely renovated and reinvented, this old farmhouse will seduce you with its large rooms and garden. Main House - Ground Floor Large floor plan with a spacious living room and dining room with large table for 14 people (extension and chairs will be available to you), fully equipped kitchen with central island. The living room features an insert also overlooking the kitchen that brings a particularly cozy atmosphere to these two shared spaces. The ground floor also has a bathroom (shower and toilet) as well as a large bedroom with a 180 cm bed. Main house - upstairs - Green room (two 80 cm beds that can be combined for a 160 cm double bed) - Wolf Room (two 80 cm beds that can be joined for a 160 cm double bed) - White Room (two 80 cm beds that can be joined to make a 160 cm double bed) - Master suite (160 cm bed) and bathroom access (shower and bathtub) The upper floor also has a second bathroom with shower and bathtub Separate toilet A courtyard separates the main house from the outbuilding. Shops are accessible by car 8min to Souppes sur loing (bakery, pharmacy, tobacco bar, Sunday market and hypermarket). It is also possible to go to Nemours where there are many shops and restaurants, also the opportunity to visit the city center and its castle. The house is surrounded by fields which guarantees a quiet and relaxing stay. For people in search of nature, many walks are possible (the sandy sea, the forest of Poligny, the forest of Fontainebleau by car 30min). HOUSE DETAILS AND RULES: The 12 rooms and 7 bedrooms comfortably accommodate large families or groups of friends to share a good time together. In order to continue to ensure the quality of accommodation, we ask our guests to take the utmost care during their stay. Parties are strictly forbidden, no pets are allowed and the house is non-smoking. Ashtrays are available outside. The house is equipped with fiber and wifi repeaters ensuring excellent connection (ideal remote work). Includes: dish soap, sponges, tea towels, household cleaners (dishwasher capsules, etc.) Available for the little ones: a high chair, bed barrier with net in the entrance closet of the main house, many books.
