Come and stay in the Ossau. Close to the city center and all its amenities, this lovely refurbished apartment of 70m2 is waiting for you. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with 2 single beds, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with washing machine as well as a spacious living room. For your comfort, it is equipped with a 19/20 degree programmed underfloor heating. Great for families, all baby equipment is there. The space L'Ossau consists of an open entrance to the spacious room that has a TV corner, dining area, and desk area. There is en suite the kitchen which is independent is fully equipped (hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, senseo coffee maker, kettle as well as all the necessary dishes) There is en suite an independent toilet then a bathroom with shower and washing machine. At your disposal shower gel, shampoo and conditioner so you can leave lighter! Then a first double bedroom with dressing room and to finish the second bedroom with 2 single beds and a dressing room as well. Guest access The apartment is located on the 8th floor of the residence, door to the left as you exit the elevator. You'll enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding area. 1h15 from the ski resorts, the first beaches and Spain, L'Ossau is the perfect place to visit our beautiful region. It is also a short drive from the path to Santiago de Compostela which passes through Lagor. Entrances are from 5pm to 8pm. After this time a supplement of 20 euros. Departures are before 11am. Late check outs or early check outs are possible upon request and depending on the feasibility. Other things to note The cleaning fee of 60 euros includes: -Bed linen - Bathroom (1 large towel, 1 small towel per person as well as a bath mat -Torchon for cooking -Maintenance and disinfection of surfaces and floors. -Maintenance and disinfection of appliances. We expect guests to respect the apartment and its cleanliness. If applicable, we reserve the right to request additional restoration fees.
