Our island team will greet you on arrival, assist with luggage and personally guide you to your villa. 💁‍♂️ Self Check-In From 4pm, please enjoy self-check in. Our property manager will share an access code and our check-in guide with everything you need to settle in at Julita will be sent on arrival. Other things to note 📍 Location Our villa is located in the beautiful barangay of Burgos, around 10 minutes by motorbike or car from Burgos town centre and 20 minutes from Pacifico where you’ll find most restaurants, cafés, and shops. We recommend renting a scooter or car to explore the area comfortably. 🏍️ Parking + Access The gravel driveway is not suitable for cars, tuk tuks and motorbikes. Please park all vehicles in the allotted area at the top of property, then walk down to the villas. Please note the driveway-walkway is composed of gravel and rocks, and is steep in parts as it meanders through secluded jungle from the top of the road down to the villas. Unfortunately, it is not suitable for PWD. ☀️ Solar Power The villa is fully solar-powered and is not supported by a back-up generator – part of our commitment to sustainable island living. Power is generally steady, but during extended cloudy weather, there may be fluctuations or limited supply. To help manage power consumption, simply turn off air conditioning units when not in use. We appreciate guests being mindful of this eco-friendly and generator-free approach and helping us keep Siargao green. 🛜 Local phone signal is limited in this secluded stretch of the island. We provide reliable Starlink WiFi so you’ll stay connected for messages, work or streaming. Starlink is powered by the solar power system, so there may be occasional fluctuations. 🚿 Bathroom You'll enjoy views of coconut palms in the villa shower for a true island experience in the stunning indoor-outdoor shower. The water comes from a deep well and is naturally refreshing, but is not heated. 🌴 Natural Environment We share our surroundings with Siargao’s natural ecosystem. While our team keeps the villa clean and well-maintained, you may encounter ants, harmless insects or small island creatures from time to time. ☕ Kitchenette Enjoy light meals with a portable cooktop, cookware, plates, glasses and cutlery, plus complimentary tea and coffee. If you don't feel like cooking, head to Burgos for a range of cafes and local eateries. ✨ A Few House Notes – No smoking indoors – Keep noise low after 10pm – Visitors are your responsibility. Only registered guests past 10pm – The properties adjoining Julita are private land and entry is strictly not permitted. This includes Izustarri Hotel and its restaurant, bar, pool and grounds.
