The Picklebarn ETX

Perfect for couples’ retreats, men's weekend, or girl's trips, our facility features a fully-equipped kitchen, a cozy living area with smart TV, four private bedrooms with full on-suite bathrooms, one additional full bath, a half bathroom, and a bunk room. With two full size indoor pickleball courts, this is an active, weatherproof getaway. The living area/kitchen open up to the courts so you can be a part of the game at all times! The space The four bedrooms all have king size beds and on-suite bathrooms. The bunk room features 2 twin beds and two full size beds. There is a full bathroom just down the hall from the bunkroom. Guest access You will have the whole place to yourselves! You can play pickleball 24/7 with no worries! Also, there is a 5000 sq. ft. concrete parking. Enough for 12 plus cars. Other things to note The Picklebarn ETX is situated close to downtown Chandler, therefore close to the train. It does sound the horn in town. We have put in added insulation and built with this is mind. We have sound machines and ear plugs for sleeping in all the rooms. We hope this does not deter you from this unique space!
