Welcome to our spacious and cozy villa on the shores of Lake Neitsijärv, just a short walk from Lake Pühajärv and Otepää. The villa offers a fully furnished kitchen with a teppanyaki grill, a large dining table and a cozy living room with a fireplace. The house has 4 bedrooms with comfortable double beds and a children's room with bunk beds and toys. The house has a total of 4 WC-bathrooms. There's also a sauna as a nice bonus. Enjoy beautiful lake views, nearby hiking trails, swimming spots, and ski resorts from the terrace. The space The ground floor of the house has a large and spacious kitchen-living room with a nice small fireplace and a teppanyaki grill in the kitchen. The house has 4 bedrooms with large double beds. In addition, there is a separate children's room with a double bunk bed and toys, and a baby bed in one bedroom. The three bedrooms have their own toilet-bathroom and on the basement floor there is a nice sauna with electric heating and a separate toilet. Other things to note For your comfort and safety, we will confirm your booking after receiving a photo of the ID card of all adult guests.
