Create new memories in this unique and family-friendly accommodation built in 2022 in the small village of Lerhamn. The garden house is open-plan. The ground floor has a fully-equipped kitchen with induction stovetop, fridge-freezer, oven and dishwasher. The living room's generous dining table invites you to unforgettable dinners. In the fireplace's seating area and sofa bed. The loft has three beds and a small office corner with sea view. Two patios with morning or evening sun. Fence around the entire garden with entrance from the road. Bicycles can be borrowed. The space Bed linen and towels are included in the booking. The house is quite large enough for four adults or two adults and three children. If you are going to a party or an event and want to use the house mainly for overnight stays, camping in the garden, or mattresses on the floor can be offered for more than 5 adult beds for an additional fee. Of course, everything must be agreed beforehand so that we can arrange it as comfortably as possible for all of you. A cleaning fee of SEK 700 is mandatory for each stay. Guest access The living area on the ground floor is about 50 m2 with full standing height. Floor space in the loft is about 40 m2 but the standing height on the sides is limited by the sloping roof. All spaces except the small workshop located inside the gates on one gable are available. Guests have exclusive access to the entrance, large living room and sleeping loft, as well as a kitchen and bathroom with a washing machine. Drying facilities in summer are available on a clothesline in the garden. Other things to note We hope you will enjoy your days in Lerhamn and its scenic surroundings. Within walking distance are restaurant-filled Mölle, which is a surfer's paradise, Kullaberg's nature area, Kullen's lighthouse, beautiful Arild and Krapperup's castle park with café and art gallery. In addition, several vineyards and the nationally famous Holy Smoke barbecue restaurant. Within cycling distance are Höganäs with Salthallarna, Restaurant Garage, Kvickbadet and miniature golf. Along the beach, you can see fly fishermen visiting in autumn as well as spring. We think Lerhamn can offer everything you could wish for. Last but not least, amazing horse trails and horse paddock within 5 minutes' walking distance. If you want to bring in a few days of bed and box, a separate paddock can be arranged for one or a couple of guest horses at a reasonable additional cost.
