There is a restaurant on the ground floor during the summer months, and sometimes the rest of the year. The apartment has its own parking space. It comes with its own parking space in the parking garage on the premises as well as access to a charging box for electric cars in the area. The apartment is part of Holmsbu Resort with sandy beach and jetties. Holmsbu Resort is located at the end of Hurumlandet less than 1 hour from Oslo. The apartment has access to the lawn and can thus be particularly suitable for families with children. There is access to the apartment via stairs or elevator. Dogs are allowed under certain conditions. The apartment consists of a suite with bedroom with double bed, fully equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom and porch + a double room with double bed with bathroom. There are separate entrances to the suite and the hotel room with a door between the two units. However, the apartment is preferably rented out as a whole. Other things to note There are opportunities to purchase laundry and rent bed linen and towels. This must be agreed upon in advance at NOK 800 for washing and NOK 150 per set of bed linen. Please note that the apartment is a self-owned apartment located in Holmsbu Resort, but it is not part of Holmsbu Resort. Restaurant, spa, pool and gym are completely independent of this apartment. Holmsbu Resort also rents out some of its own rooms.
