My favorite things about this charming boho condo: 1. Comfort: King-size bed and a spacious bathroom with double sinks and tub/shower. 2. Amenities: Fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer. 3. Tech-Ready: High-speed WiFi and two smart TVs with apps. 4. Furniture: Leather couch and oversized chair that converts to a twin bed. 5. Location: No stairs and a prime spot near downtown and the hospital. The space Our condo is small but thoughtfully designed. In the 500 sq ft ground-level apartment, there’s a cozy living room with a couch, an oversized chair that folds out into a twin bed, and a small desk. The full kitchen includes a full-size fridge, dishwasher, oven, sink, and all the essentials you could need. The bedroom features a king-size bed, a dresser, a spacious closet, and a large wall-mounted TV with plenty of channels and apps to enjoy. For comfort, there’s a wall air conditioner in the living room and thermostats in the kitchen and behind the TV in the bedroom for heating. The bathroom has a tub with a great showerhead, double sinks, and a washer/dryer. The dryer has a drawer at the top to pull out to empty any water that was pulled out of the load in the dryer. (This was new to me, but apparently "the norm" in most condos these days.) Guest access You are welcome to use the whole space! And, the parking space is SPACE 4, directly in front of the condo. Other things to note The outside of the condo isn't very "pretty," but we are hopeful our monthly HOA payments will soon allow for a new paint job on the outside of the condos. My husband and I lived in this condo for 5 months as our home in Clarkston was being renovated last year. Due to the ever-changing date of the reno being completed, we decided to purchase the condo (which was an airbnb when we stayed there too) to use as an income property. It literally has EVERYTHING you would need for your stay.
