Relax with the whole family at this peaceful residence. Modern semi-detached house built in 2018 with high standard, nice sheltered garden, several terraces and sunny location. There are great outdoor areas for walking, fishing, skiing, paddling, swimming and cycling right nearby. Rural location with 500 meters to bus stop and about 5 km to train. Free parking with charging option for electric car for a fee. When I'm not renting out the place, I live there. Some rooms and cabinets will therefore not be available. The space On the 1st floor there is a hallway, toilet, living room and fully equipped kitchen available to the tenant. The 2nd floor consists of a large bathroom with shower and bathtub, a living room that is not furnished and 2 bedrooms available to the tenant. One bedroom has a 180 cm high quality double bed. The other has a pull-out bed that can become a double bed. There is a thick, good mattress and a thinner one. When it's not winter you can enjoy the morning sun on the front of the house or in the garden on the front. Afterwards, you can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun on the large terrace on the back, or on the lawn in the garden if you prefer. There is also a balcony on the 2nd floor. Storage room and walkincloset are not available for the tenant. Guest access You can use 2 bedrooms, bathroom, guest toilet, living room, kitchen, hallway, garage with electric car charger (for a fee for electricity), laundry room with washing machine, garden, balcony and terraces. The walk-in closet and the outside shed are not available for use. The dresser and clothes rack in the living room on the second floor are empty and for use by the tenant. In the bathroom, drawers under the sink are available for the tenant. This is marked. Other things to note Hokksund is about an hour from Oslo, 30 minutes from Drammen, 30 minutes from Kongsberg and an hour from Hønefoss. Norefjell ski resort is an hour's drive from here. Vikersund with the world's largest ski flying hill is 20 minutes away. The house is 500 meters from the bus stop with lines 100 and 101 between Drammen and Hønefoss, as well as about 5 km from the train station where the Bergen Railway and local trains to Kongsberg, Drammen and Oslo go. The nearest grocery store is Kiwi Lærberg 4 km away.
