Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. The Citrus Farm is a quaint home on a 1 acre plot of land with 9 Grapefruit trees and an orange tree. Located out in the peaceful countryside, but very near Ocala to the south, and Gainesville/UF 30 minutes to the north. Just 20 minutes from the World Equestrian Center, minutes from Orange Lake, Canyon River Ziplining, or a little further: Ocala National Forest, Silver Springs State Park & many more attractions under 30 min away. The space The Master Bedroom sleeps two, the 2nd bedroom sleeps three, as there is a twin bed, and then a trundle bed for two more. The living room has a spacious leather sectional, and then also has a pull out sofa that can sleep 1 to 2. The fully equipped kitchen can seat 5, and then the outdoor carport is furnished with multiple tables to seat 8 to 14 people comfortably. Guest access The home and laundry are completely included. The only indoor area that is locked and not accessible, is the enclosed garage which is for owner storage, and a storage shed by the orchard is locked for tool storage. The home sits on a 1 acre plot of land, along with another approximate 1 acre adjacent field, is all totally fenced in for dogs to run freely. There's a large carport that is furnished for outdoor grilling, lounging, as well as a wooden deck in the rear. Other things to note The Citrus Farm House is strategically located near 2 exits of I 75. Its Just 20 minutes from the World Equestrian Center, 5 minutes from Orange Lake or Canyon River Ziplining, and just a little further to Ocala National Forest, Silver Springs State Park & many more attractions under 30 min away. Gainesville is under 30 minutes North, and Ocala is 15 minutes South. And Historic Micanopy is 15 minutes North.
