The property features four generously sized bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. Each bedroom is furnished with a comfortable mattress and fresh linens, along with clean towels, cozy comforters, and all the essentials you would expect from a fully equipped home. Location: The house is situated in the Timbershed neighbourhood of Umuahia. This quiet residential area is home to lecturers, students, and business owners, particularly those connected to Michael Okpara University of Agriculture. Timbershed, Government College, and Michael Okpara University of Agriculture are all conveniently accessible within a short 5–10 minute drive. Dining Area: The home features an elegant dining table that comfortably seats four guests, creating the perfect setting for a refined and intimate dining experience with family or friends. Kitchen: The beautiful, fully equipped kitchen comes stocked with ample dishes, cups, spoons, wine glasses, a blender, microwave, pots, and frying pans—everything you need to prepare and enjoy home-cooked meals with ease. Guest access Our guests have full access to the entire 4-bedroom home during their stay. The AC in the master’s bedroom is connected to our solar power and the generator power systems. The water heaters are connected to the NEPA supply only, but you can always boil water with the gas cooker.
