B&G's Little House

For a vacation of even more days, we offer a nice single-family house of 65 square meters, surrounded by greenery, sea view, with a relaxing tavern, fenced garden and large solarium terrace, which has been completely renovated for tourist use. The property is on one floor, with an adjoining tavern on the lower floor; it faces south and is therefore sunny all day and faces a dense forest with the stream below. The space From the private garden, equipped with an area (2 tables and 6 chairs) for outdoor meals in the shade of a pergola vineyard, you enter the ground floor, consisting of a veranda, an atrium, a living area with a kitchen and a living room (table for 6 people) with a sofa bed (1.44 x 1.99 m bed) and a small terrace overlooking the woods, a double bedroom with a wardrobe, a bookcase, a PC table, and a small bathroom complete with a toilet, a sink, and a shower. For younger children, a crib, high chair and bathtub are available. Downstairs, accessible by an internal staircase, there is a relaxing tavern with sofa and armchair, a large private solarium terrace with table, 4 chairs, sunbeds and outdoor shower, and a laundry room with sink, washing machine and ironing station. All the rooms are fully furnished and prepared to accommodate guests in any season: the property is equipped with independent heating and two air conditioners with inverters. Particular care has been taken in the kitchen equipment, which is able to allow full independence in the preparation of meals (microwave, electric oven, induction plate, fridge and double sink). All the shops/supermarkets necessary for the stay are present in the district. There are: a safe, three TVs (living room, bedroom and tavern), free WiFi, a small tourist-themed library both on Trieste and on nearby Slovenia. Guest access The entire property is for the exclusive use of guests, including the private garden with a vine pergola, which can be used for outdoor meals. Occasionally (to be checked with the owners), a free independent parking space is available 20 meters from the site, suitable only for medium-small cars or up to two large motorcycles: it should be noted that the road to reach the house is narrow and uphill. Alternatively, by parking your car in the neighborhood below (free parking), to move to/from the house, guests can take advantage of a free transport per day (round trip to/from the city center), offered by the owners at agreed times, or opt for a public taxi service. Other things to note The property, located in the district of Roiano, near the train station, is located at an altitude of 75 meters above sea level along a slope that, from the center of the district, leads to the Karst plateau and to the border with Slovenia (6 km). It can be reached on foot in 10 minutes uphill from the first bus terminal to the center and the train station (5 min. by bus). From the district, you can also use the buses to reach the karst plateau above (20 min.). There is a 24-hour taxi station in the district.
