This fantastic property features a private drive with parking for 2 cars, a beautiful kitchen diner, a lounge with a feature log burner, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 additional WCs, and outdoor terraces to make the most of the outlook. The space Southbank House is a beautifully renovated Cotswold cottage blending modern design with traditional charm. Accessed via a quiet lane, its clever layout maximizes stunning valley views with multiple outdoor terraces, including hidden elevated spots above the house. Ground Floor: The entrance opens to a spacious kitchen-diner with study area, featuring a double oven, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, microwave, and Nespresso machine. A charming stone pantry houses the freezer. Sliding doors lead to the main terrace with breathtaking southwest views. Adjacent is a cozy lounge with wood-burning fire, seating for four, and a second sitting area with valley views. First Floor: Three bedrooms all enjoy valley views. The main bedroom has a double bed and en-suite WC. Bedroom 2 features a double bed and private furnished balcony. Bedroom 3 is a twin room. There are two additional bathrooms: a modern wet room and one with feature bathtub. Outdoor Spaces: Unique terraces above the house (accessible from the drive, landing, or Bedroom 2's balcony) include a pergola-shaded seating area and higher vantage points with spectacular views - perfect for enjoying the surrounding natural beauty. Guest access This home is private and is primarily set up as a three bedroom guest home with access via a key safe just outside. Other things to note 🏡 We are privileged to look after this home on behalf of the private owners. 🐶 We are pet friendly hosts but do charge an additional £15 per night per pet to cover the extra cleaning required after a pet stay. Please note that this is not included in the price of your booking and will be requested separately after your booking is confirmed. 🚗 Parking: This house is tucked away and has a steep and narrow drive leading to the house which some drivers may find challenging. Before driving up to the house we recommend parking a little lower down the hill, walking up to assess your route, and then driving up. There is street parking in the area (subject to availability) if preferred. 👨‍🍳 Kitchen: Our kitchen comes fully equipped with every necessary appliance for your stay. We also include complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil, and Nespresso-style coffee pods for the coffee machine. If you require any other basics, please let us know so we can arrange them for you. 👨‍🍳 We also can recommend an excellent private chef should you need one. 💆‍♀️We can also put you in touch with a fantastic local beauty therapist who offers mobile massages. Please feel free to ask us for the details. 🛌 Linen and Towels: We supply crisp 100% cotton linen for all beds, along with mattress and pillow protectors. There will be a bath and hand towel per guest, along with a bath mat in each bathroom. Toilet roll is also provided, along with shower gel, shampoo, and face/body cream. In the kitchen, we provide a tea towel. 🪵 Firewood: We can also provide a net of kiln dried logs (aprox 10-12 logs per net) along with some kindling, firelighters and matches for £20. 🧹 Housekeeping: We provide complimentary housekeeping services for stays longer than 7 nights. If you require additional items or housekeeping services for stays shorter than 7 nights, please contact us for availability and pricing. ⏰ Check-In and Check-Out: Our check-in and check-out times are listed in the property information. Where possible, we try to accommodate early check-ins. We will generally be able to let you know on the day if this is possible and will update you as soon everything is ready so you are able to check-in.
