The tiny house is just a short drive past Federal, Coorabell, and Ewingdale, Byron Bay is only 27 minutes away. Discover Byron Bay’s beauty—Main Beach for sun and surf, Tallow Beach for peace, and Cape Byron Lighthouse for stunning ocean views. Inland, explore Minyon Falls, Whian Whian Falls, and the hidden gem of Killen Falls, perfect for nature lovers and swimmers alike. Enjoy a relaxing stay at Byron Bay’s holiday homes, providing the perfect base to explore this picturesque region. This cozy 139-square-foot tiny home offers serene views of the Byron Hinterland, easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette with cooking essentials, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, a hand basin, and a gas-heated shower. Guest access Guests can access the tiny home and are free to explore the surrounding areas. Pre orders available with 24 hrs notice: - Firewood provided at extra cost $45 will include wood kindling, firelighters, matches Other things to note - Gas BBQ grill is available - The water is drinkable and free - No uninvited guests or visitors allowed - We have a fire pit/BBQ area for guest use - Mobile phone reception has a good signal. - No smoking inside the tiny home except in designated areas - We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge - Pets are limited to one (1) with 24 hours' prior notice and must be kept on a leash at all times. Full pet policy will be provided before arrival. Important note: - BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban - For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests.
