The space Connolly Cottage is a spacious, double story, one bedroom cottage,with its own street frontage and free parking for 2 vehicles. Fully self contained, the entire property will be yours for the duration of your stay. It is located on a cul-de-sac in a quiet, family friendly street. The property is immaculately clean and modern, whilst still retaining its character and charm, with high ceilings, brand new appliances and over 150sqm of living space. The entrance opens onto the lower floor. On the lower floor is a huge bedroom with king size bed and seperate workspace. There is also a laundry, with new washing machine , and bathroom on this floor. Please be aware there are stairs to the upper floor, so the property would not be suitable for people with serious mobility issues. The upper floor is open plan with a modern kitchen and breakfast bar, complete with brand new appliances. The living room has a smart TV and L shaped couch, which doubles as a fold out guest bed, if required. From the upstairs windows you can see the golf course at Joondalup Resort, and the sun setting over the greens. I have local artwork displayed in the property, which is available for guests to purchase directly through the artist, if you would like a memento of your stay. Please note there are chairs and a table outside the front of the property, in a little nook near the front door, but there is no back garden or balcony. Guest access Fully self check - in. The cottage has a discrete key safe out the front and detailed access instructions will be sent on the day of arrival. The property has street frontage, with free parking on its drive way and another free parking spot, in a marked bay, parallel to the driveway. There is also street parking if required. Other things to note We have ducted, zoned, reverse cycle air conditioning throughout the property. Towels, linen, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and other essentials are provided on arrival.
