Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. This listing is for 1 bedroom with a queen bed. 2 rooms are available. 1 with a queen bed the other with 2 single beds. Rooms are listed separately and are priced per room. If only one room is reserved we will not reserve other room for other guests. The space 4 bedroom 2 story house. There is a bathroom and toilet upstairs for shared use with ownwers and a shared toilet down stairs. All other amenities are shared with the owners of the property. There is a spacious kitchen with 2 seperate dining areas and an outdoor alfresco area. 2 seperate lounge rooms. Plenty of outdoor areas to relax and enjoy a beverage, listen to some music and cool down in the pool. Easy access to the beach with a short walk through the sand dunes. Local shop, takeaway and tavern within walking distance. Short drive to shopping centres, fuel, gyms, bars and restaurants. Great fishing off the beach and estuary. 20 minutes to Mackay CBD. Fully fenced yard. Plenty of parking space for cars and caravan / boat / trailer. Guest access Access is via a key stored in a lock box. There is usually someone home to let you in. During your stay You will be sharing the house with the owners. We are a married couple in our fifties with our 13 year old son. We tend to go to bed early during the week as we work and have school. Other things to note We don't supply meals to guests. BYO food.
