Private annex

Your own private annex on a newly built house and small holding. Clean, modern, cosy with plenty of room. Only a couple of miles from Snetterton race track and A11. Kitchen and dining area with air fryer, microwave, hotplate etc. Washer/dryer. Private patio which leads out to vineyard, orchard and secluded seating area, all fenced in so let your dog have a run (If friendly, I have two spaniels that will want to say hello). Room for horses. Secure parking on gated drive, room for trailer The space There is a four acre small holding at the rear of my property that you are free to walk around and let your dog have a run, it's fully fenced in with five foot high deer netting. The small holding is a work in progress with a few projects on the go, there's a newly planted vineyard and orchard to walk around and a quiet seating area. There's a pond and market garden section that I'm currently working on so expect to see me and my two dogs out there if you're having a wander. The field borders the neighbouring farm yard on one side (so you may hear the odd tractor or two, cows mooing etc) and the the village church and grave yard on the other (not so much noise from that end). Guest access Private drive with plenty of parking, please close the gate once you're in and after leaving, just so my dogs don't get out. You have your own private access door to the annex. Other things to note There's a smart TV with all the usual streaming apps on there and also an Amazon fire stick, just remember to delete your Amazon account before you leave please. The fire stick needs plugging in at the plug if you want to use it, when it's on the fire stick remote takes over from the TV remote so I leave it unplugged. There's no terrestrial TV I'm afraid, I don't agree with TV licensing so on line only. The annex has under floor central heating throughout and there's an electric shower.
