Private annex

Your own private annex on a newly built house and small holding. Clean, modern, cosy with plenty of room. Only a couple of miles from Snetterton race track and A11. Kitchen and dining area with air fryer, microwave, hotplate etc. Washer/dryer. Private patio which leads out to 4 acre small holding, all fenced in so let your dog have a run if you like (I have two spaniels that might want to say hello). Secure parking on gated drive, room for trailer on drive or at the back field The space There is a four acre small holding at the rear of my property that you are free to walk around and let your dog have a run, it's fully fenced in with five foot high deer netting. The small holding is a work in progress with a few projects on the go, there's a newly planted vineyard and orchard to walk around and a quiet seating area. There's a pond and market garden section that I'm currently working on so expect to see me and my two dogs out there if you're having a wander. Please note that I don't market the annex as a holiday type destination, more for people in the area for specific reasons and require accomodation. If you're looking for a longer stay such as house buying/conveyancing this is available and I also have a barn area for storage that people have found handy in the past. Guest access Private drive with plenty of parking, if you want to close the gate behind you to keep your dogs in then feel free, otherwise I don't mind if it's left open. Other things to note There's a smart TV with all the usual streaming apps on there and also an Amazon fire stick, just remember to delete your Amazon account before you leave please. The fire stick needs plugging in at the plug if you want to use it, when it's on the fire stick remote takes over from the TV remote so I leave it unplugged. There's no terrestrial TV I'm afraid, I don't agree with TV licensing so on line only. The annex has under floor central heating throughout and there's an electric shower.
