The space Our lovely bungalow villa has been recently renovated with new kitchen and appliances and brand new bathrooms. It has a private pool and garden and offers a peaceful private place to stay in Lapta which is easily accessible to restaurants, supermarkets and bars, we are only a few minutes walk to bus transport and 20 minutes to Kyrenia, with its beautiful presented historic fishing harbour and castle dating back tot eh times of the crusades. The harbour offers an array of cafes and restaurants and is a wonderful way to while away a few relaxing hours in the Cypriot sunshine! The accommodation offers a large open plan kitchen and lounge are, with patio doors opening out to the pool. The kitchen is furnished with new washing machine, built in dishwasher, microwave, oven and a five burner gas hob. Along with fridge freezer and kettle and toaster. This leads through to the living area with woodturner for cooler holidays and new inverter air conditioning units for summer. Furnished with 2x 3 seater sofas with a massive 65" Smart TV with full access to all Sports channels, Movies, Series and box sets along with live TV and radio. There are 3 bedrooms, which is made up of 2 double rooms and a twin room, all with modern neutral decor.All bedrooms have Inverter Air conditioning units, and patio doors from each of them opening directly onto the pool area. One double bedroom also has an en suite shower room with WC and sink all modern. The family bathroom, has a walk in shower and newly renovated WC and sink units. Guest access The entire villa, pool and garden is private and for your private use. Access is from a private gated driveway and parking is sufficient for 2-3 vehicles. Other things to note We can arrange airport transfer from either Ercan airport in the TRNC or from Larnaca or Pafos in the south of Cyprus. We can also arrange car hire and have a vehicle ready for you on site upon arrival. Welcome packs are also available please, contact for prices if you wish to order any of these services. The rental price includes electricity for 50 units per week. Usage over will be charged at 12TL per unit extra. Electric meeter will be read at check in and check out. In average, a group for this size villa uses about 50 units a week depending mostly on air condition usage. Energy saving is for the sake of our world :) A refundable security deposit of £200 is required in cash or bank transfer upon check in. The deposit will be refunded in full upon check-out, provided there are no damages or outstanding charges.
