Stunning village barn conversion

Our accommodation offers relaxing, contemporary elegance within a traditional setting, overlooking extensive beautiful gardens. Ample off-road parking, a private entrance, full cooking facilities or a short stroll to the local pub. A quiet and comfortable haven, ideally placed a couple of miles from Magna Park, M1 or M6; ideal for holiday or work related stays in the area. The Barn is a not visible from the road which is particularly useful if you have a concern about vehicle security. The space Our Barn consists of double doors from the parking and garden, into a living sitting room/kitchen with a high beamed vaulted ceiling. Stairs lead upstairs to a single bedroom and full bathroom. Further along the landing is a double room with shower room en-suite. This has a king size bed and is spacious. Guest access Parking outside the Barn is reserved for guests as well as all the gardens in that area. It is completely private and not overlooked - the only disturbance being either our friendly dog or me walking the horse down to his field. Other things to note The Barn is fully heated. We do have an open access natural pond, shared driveway and a floor opening window in the small bedroom - due to this we do not recommend our accommodation for children under 12 years of age.
