Stylish Basement Suite with Designer Touches

Private space includes a main floor with private entrance, open kitchen with fireplace, and a spacious basement apartment with open-concept living, dining, wet bar, separate bedroom and bathroom. Yard is shared with host but your privacy matters to me. If you prefer isolation please just communicate that and I am happy to accomodate. Everyone welcome! Cats and dogs isolated to host space. The space Note: If you have sensitivity to animals or animal hair, this may not be the ideal stay for you. There is free driveway parking for one car. If two parking spaces are needed, that can be arranged. Smart lock for seamless entry. This property features a fully equipped kitchen with smart appliances, a spacious breakfast island, a 75" smart TV, and a comfortable living area. Downstairs is more like a private apartment. There is a washer dryer, rain shower, and 55” TV for your use. Additionally, it offers access to a sunny patio and a large fenced backyard, (weather permitting). The backyard is a shared space as I garden whenever possible and often can be seen staring at the grass grow. The basement bedroom has an air purifier. Stays nice and warm or cool (depending on the time of year). Breweries, restaurants, bars, and coffee houses in Villa Park are all walkable. The prairie path is a wonderful path. You can take it over a bridge into to quaint part of Elmhurst to find more food and entertainment options. You will likely need a car to explore Chicago. Although, if you want to Uber to the Villa Park Metra station, public transportation can be an option for those who enjoy that mode of travel. Close to O'Hare Airport. Guest access Guests have a private entrance through the side door near the driveway. This brings you into the upstairs living area and open kitchen, as well as the door to the basement living area. A code for entry will be sent 24 hours before your stay. During your stay I will be on the premises to assist with your stay and answer questions. How much you want to interact face-to-face is entirely up to you. I can stay wholly text-oriented or happy to engage with you in person. Please Note: My tween son and I live in the front half of the house with our small dog and three cats. If you are very sensitive to noise, or want to be completely secluded — this may not be the ideal place as we will be sharing walls. Other things to note All are welcome here! No matter who you are or where you’re from, this space is for you. Let's share good vibes, open hearts, and zero judgment. Come as you are. ✨❤️🌍✊🏽✊🏾✊🏿✊🌈 Cats and dogs live on-site but stay in the hosts quarters. If you have allergies or pet sensitivities, this may not be ideal. To keep the costs and fees low, I manage the cleaning myself. While I aim for a spotless space, some dust or pet hair may settle on the guests floor and furniture from the central air and heating vents. There is little I can do to keep the space pristine from animal hair.
