Located at the end of a dead end with little traffic, our family home is an ideal haven to unwind. Located on a wooded and flowered plot of 1500 m², it offers a green and soothing setting, perfect for stays for families or friends. You will appreciate the serenity of the place, away from the hustle and bustle, with an expansive garden to relax or share convivial moments. ⚠️ Parties are prohibited to ensure the peace and quiet of the premises. The space Our spacious dwelling is heated by the wood-burning fireplace ( logs available),an extra heater is available in the bathroom and kitchen. ✅️Bedding provided ✅️Towels provided On the ground floor: 1 bedroom (queen-size bed and crib), toilet; bathroom with bathtub/shower and double sinks; large living/dining room; 1 office with a large closet, washing machine, clothesline, ironing board, and iron; veranda/playroom (foosball table, arcade machine, and darts) with access to the terrace; fully equipped kitchen where you can eat your meals (Krups Picollo XS pod coffee machine and filter coffee machine ☕️). Upstairs, 2 bedrooms ( one with 4 single beds and the other with queen size bed and bb bed) and one landing with a sofa bed , TV and wii. "Le Gît'A" very comfortably accommodates 8 guests and 2 babies; and can accept (by notifying us 😉) 2 more children thanks to the sofa bed and the bench. Guest access The house as well as its large courtyard that can accommodate 8 vehicles, its garage, its 1500 m2 wooded and flowered land and its shed are entirely for our guests. Animals at the rear of the garden. Many outdoor games (petanque court, swing, bird's nest, badminton game, rackets, scooters, totomobiles...)
