Country house with animals and game room

Located at the end of a dead end with little traffic, our family home is an ideal haven to unwind. Located on a wooded and flowered plot of 1500 m², it offers a green and soothing setting, perfect for stays for families or friends. You will appreciate the serenity of the place, away from the hustle and bustle, with an expansive garden to relax or share convivial moments. The space Our spacious dwelling is heated by the wood-burning fireplace ( logs available),an extra heater is available in the bathroom and kitchen. ✅️Bedding provided ✅️Towels provided On the ground floor, 1 bedroom (queen size bed and bb bed), WC; bathroom with bath/shower and double sinks; large living/dining room; 1 desk with large wardrobe with washing machine hanging table and iron; veranda/games room with terrace access, equipped kitchen where you can enjoy your meals. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms ( one with 4 single beds and the other with queen size bed and bb bed) and one landing with a sofa bed , TV and wii. "Le Gît'A" comfortably accommodates 8 guests and 2 babies; and can occasionally accept (by asking us) 2 more children MAXIMUM (extra €15/night/child) thanks to the sofa bed and the bench. Guest access The house as well as its large courtyard can accommodate 8 vehicles, its garage, its wooded and flowered grounds of 1500m2 and its shed are in full for our guests. Animals on the back of the garden. Many outdoor games ( petanque court, swing, bird's nest, badminton game, snowshoes, scooters, totomobiles...)
