Country house with animals and game room

Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, our family home is a peaceful oasis ideal for unwinding. Located on a wooded and flowery plot of 1500 m², it offers a green and soothing setting, perfect for stays with family or friends. You will appreciate the serenity of the place, away from the hustle and bustle, with a large garden to relax or share friendly moments. The space Our spacious dwelling is heated by the wood-burning fireplace ( logs available),an extra heater is available in the bathroom and kitchen. ✅️Bedding provided ✅️Towels provided On the ground floor, 1 bedroom (queen size bed and baby bed), toilet; bathroom with bathtub/shower and double sinks; large living/dining room; 1 office with large wardrobe with washing machine, drying rack, table and iron; veranda/game room (foosball, arcade terminal and darts) with access to terrace, equipped kitchen where you can eat your meals. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms ( one with 4 single beds and the other with queen size bed and bb bed) and one landing with a sofa bed , TV and wii. "Le Gît'A" very comfortably accommodates 8 guests and 2 babies; and can accept (by notifying us 😉) 2 more children thanks to the sofa bed and the bench. Guest access The house as well as its large courtyard that can accommodate 8 vehicles, its garage, its 1500 m2 wooded and flowered land and its shed are entirely for our guests. Animals at the rear of the garden. Many outdoor games (petanque court, swing, bird's nest, badminton game, rackets, scooters, totomobiles...)
