The space This spacious (>2230 sf) and stylish one-level ranch house is a wheel chair accessible property. It has 5 generously- sized bedrooms with 5 queen beds that can comfortably sleep 10 adults. We also have a crib and a changing table upon request, to be placed in one of the bedrooms. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and its own UHD smart TV with access to Netflix, Disney +, Amazon Prime videos, YouTube, etc. This house has a huge super nice high ceiling living room, with a whole set of high end reclining genuine leather sofa in the living room for families getting together. Indoor entertainment equipments, including an Arcade1Up NBA JAM: SHAQ Edition Arcade Machine and a wall mounted Basketball hoop, are available for guests to have some fun! Under the super nice covered backyard patio are some comfy outdoor furnitures, facing a huge sized, level, fully fenced in private backyard, perfect for pets and young children. Specially, our house is perfect for UPMC patients who need kidney or liver transplant, and we have served numerous families for those purposes. Guest access The whole house except the garage, which is our storage area and is not shared with guests. Other things to note There is a nice Weber grill/outdoor kitchen under the covered patio for the guests to enjoy grilling or cooking out in summer and fall. Our backyard is fully fenced in, perfect for families with dogs or young children. Pets are welcome with a fixed pet fee for each stay, up to 2 dogs/cats. Guests will receive checkin instruction on the early morning of the day they arrive.
