The space The Layout & Design The Ground Level (The Social Heart): Living & Dining: An open-plan space with high ceilings, exposed concrete, and traditional corner seating. The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, perfect for cooking feasts. Sleeping: Master Suite: A sanctuary of simple beauty with an en-suite bathroom. The Kids' Haven: A large bedroom with 4 single beds and games – the ultimate sleepover room for children. There is an additional bathroom on this level. The Upper Level (The Private Wing): Sleeping: Two comfortable double bedrooms and a shared bathroom. Lounge: An open living area with built-in sofas and a kitchenette (great for morning coffee privacy). Views: This level offers magnificent views in all directions and has direct access to the outdoor terraces, giving it a sense of independence. The Outdoors (Two Zones): The Pool Patio (West): Features our Heated Plunge Pool (designed as a hot tub for cool evenings and a refreshing dip for warm days), a built-in lounge, and an outdoor kitchen with BBQ. Facing the valley, this is your spot for sunset relaxation. The Dining Terrace (East): Directly connected to the main kitchen, this is where you’ll enjoy al fresco meals at the large dining table under the open sky, accompanied by the sound of the waves. Location & Comfort: Amenities: High-speed WiFi, A/C in all areas, and a cozy fireplace for winter stays. Nearby: The closest beach is a scenic 15-min walk down the path. Korthi Bay village (tavernas, shops) is just a 2-minute drive away. On the villa’s upper level, two double bedrooms await, an open living room with 2 build in sofas and a separated bathroom. This level offers a luminous space, bursting magnificent views to all directions, a kitchenette for convenience and a stunning sea view intimate veranda. This level is connected with the east hillside outdoor terraced space as well as the west outdoor entrance patio, offering direct access to and from the house. Stepping outside, Korthi Villa C offers an expansive heaven for relaxation and entertainment. The surrounding entrance patio offers a built in lounge area attached to an outdoor kitchen with barbeque and an in-ground dual pool designed as a hot tub for cool evenings and a refreshing pool for warm days. This space facing the beautiful valley views is a real treat for daily and evening relaxation and hanging out. The outdoor space on the east of the house is directly connected to the kitchen and offers a large dining table, beautiful terraces, obstruct sea view and the relaxing sound of the waves. This is the focal point for al fresco meals and enjoying all those culinary delights under the sky. As you unwind in this luxurious abode, you'll appreciate the thoughtful details, including WiFi, fireplace and air conditioning in all areas. With the closest beach just under the hill, which can be accessed through a 15 min walking path, and a 2-minute drive to korthi bay village tavernas and shops you will feel connected to nature and civilization in a harmonious and pampering way. Parking We have two dedicated parking spots directly at the villa's entrance for easy unpacking. Additional parking space is available on the road just below the house. Other things to note 🚗 Important Car Rental Note To offer such breathtaking views and privacy, our villa is located high on the hillside. The road leading up to the house is steep and unpaved in sections—part of the authentic, wild charm of Andros. A 4x4 vehicle or a high-clearance SUV is ESSENTIAL.
