Common decks are not available for lounging or children play. Other things to note Bahia Marina Condo and the apartments do not have a power generator. Water is available to the apartments through a cistern and water pump. If there is a power outage there will be no electricity and no water until power is restored. This property is part of a condominium complex. Guests must accommodate to the premises and maintain their appearance within the rented apt.
