Plenty of driveway and street parking for cars, boats etc. Take a 10-minute walk to the centre of Nelson Bay, or a 5–10-minute drive to the beautiful bays and surf beaches the area has to offer. The space The house, built in 1996, has a rustic and lived-in feel, with pitched ceilings & timber details throughout, it makes for a perfect family, 2 couples or small group haven to relax. Nestled amongst bushland, Treehouse is on poles and is therefore high up off the road with approx. 15 stairs to entry. It offers a fully private pool and deck area with a lounge and sunbeds. The open plan living provides a kitchen, dining and lounge room on the same level, as well as the undercover outdoor balcony & brand new BBQ. Put on the fairy lights and the balcony is the perfect spot to unwind after a long day of activities. As you walk upstairs onto the mezzanine’s level there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. All bedrooms are on one level, 1 queen, 1 double and a single bedroom. All three bedrooms have leafy outlooks with treetop views and built-in robes. The laundry off the kitchen is installed with a washing machine, clothes dryer, tub and 2nd toilet. As the trees are right on your doorstep, a blower is provided to clean up leaves surrounding the deck and pool areas, while the pool is itself is well maintained and spotlessly clean. Look out for the possums, birds and other wildlife that may visit! Charmingly furnished throughout, the interior offers a cosy and homey place to cuddle up to a loved one (furry or otherwise). Pets are free to roam around the entire balcony & pool areas. The gate is at the front entrance to keep the kids safe inside. Guest access When you arrive the house is yours.
