Amenities include a full kitchen, workspace, washer/dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, and keyless entry. Located 12 miles from the World Equestrian Center, it's perfect for travelers, vacationers, traveling nurses and equestrian enthusiasts. The space Internet/TV Free Wi-Fi is included with your stay. Roku TV is provided with access to streaming Netflix and Hulu etc. You'll need to sign in to your streaming accounts. Kitchen We have basic cooking utensils and equipment that you can use. The refrigerator has a filter so use the water from the refrigerator dispenser. Some spices, cooking oil. Kitchen Faucet The faucet has a few features. Review instructions before using. It's a Pull-down sprayer with 3 functions: Stream mode, Broom mode, and Rain mode. Laundry The laundry room is in the kitchen behind bi-fold doors, with a stackable washer and dryer. Detergent is provided. Washing Instructions: Add detergent directly into the drum with clothes. The compartment is for bleach ONLY—do not use it for detergent or fabric softener. Amenities The Iron and board are located in the A/C cupboard behind the door in the hallway. The hair dryer is in the hallway linen closet by the guest bathroom. You will need to provide your own shampoo, soap, body wash, and lotion because of potential skin sensitivity we will no longer provide these. A/C Thermostat The A/C is set to 76 degrees upon arrival. If that is too warm, please adjust accordingly. Reminder, upon checking out to turn the A/C OFF. Office Tree Light To set a nice ambiance without the overhead light in the office you can turn the tree light on in the office. The remote is located in the top silver 3-drawer tray on the desk. Bedroom Dresser Draws For the safety of children, each dresser is equipped with an Interlock function. A feature that only allows one drawer to be opened at a time. Bedroom table lights Touch control table lamps with 2 USB and AC outlets, 3-way dimmable lamp. The main lamp lights turn on with a wall/fan switch. Microwave Your microwave ovens have various safety mechanisms such as child lock and safety locks to prevent accidental operation. They also have an automatic shut-off feature that turns off the microwave after a certain period of inactivity, preventing potential accidents or overheating. To open press the stop button. When pulling out stay back enough for the gate doors to automatically swing inward Keypad /Front door entry To enter the apartment, use the 4-digit code provided on check-in day then press the "shield" button to unlock the door. Use the same code throughout your stay. To lock the door when exiting, press the "shield" button, or it will auto-lock after 3 minutes. Parking You will have a numbered covered parking spot during your stay. If you have multiple cars then you can park in any available spot around the middle area parking. Other things to note Inventory of Items in Unit For your convenience, this apartment is fully furnished with carefully selected items. Please note that all items are inventoried and photographed before your arrival and will be checked again after your departure. Any missing or damaged items will result in an invoice being sent to you through the booking platform for reimbursement.
