Beautifully done 2 bedroom/1 bath cabin on a private lake with a private boat launch and beach steps from your door - can sleep 7 people. You can enjoy an all-around lakeside oasis of fishing, swimming, kayaking and/or boating while being within close proximity to hiking, biking, Safari North Wildlife Park, golfing, fishing, kid's activities, breweries, dining and shopping all within a few minutes. We are centrally located minutes away from Brainerd Intl Raceway and Nisswa or Downtown Brainerd. The space Open floor plan for kitchen, living room and dining room. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and lofted full-sized bed with night stands and a smart TV. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed with night stands, dresser and smart tv. Pack-n-play also available for use. The living room has one pull-out couch that sleeps two people, another couch and one side chair along with smart tv that extends and tilts to where you want it. Dining room area has a corner banquette that seats 5. Additional card table with four chairs stored under the bed if needed for extra seating. Private back deck to enjoy the outdoors with sitting and eating areas and gas grill. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire cabin, nothing shared in cabin space. The neighborhood is part of a small 13 family HOA with shared beach, boat launch, fire pit, parking, basketball court, and bathhouse that includes two bathrooms and showers. Kayaks and Paddleboards are shared, and we cannot guarantee availability during your stay. They are located next to the boats landing. Others you see located around the community are privately owned. Please return to the rack once you are done so others can use, do not leave on the beach or boat ramp. We are on a septic system (do not put anything down kitchen drain, and only toilet paper down toilet). Water is from a well, it is filtered before coming into the cabin and safe to drink. Beach access is located in between the two middle cabins, please be respectful of our owners and renters on the lake front. The beach is for everyone's use, beach chairs are located on side of cabin for your use. Please be respectful and clean up everything you bring to the beach. The fish cleaning house is located near the boat ramp, please clean up after yourself and make sure to place any remains in a sealed bag before throwing in dumpster. The bathhouse is available to everyone. Paper products are for the bathhouse only, do not take them back to your cabin for use. Only toilet paper should be flushed, we are on a septic system, all other products should go in garbage. The boat ramp is for owners and renters only. Looking at the lake, the docks to the left of the ramp are for owners only. Renters can park on the first dock to the right of the ramp or put in and take out daily. Other things to note We provide beach towels and beach chairs. We provide one set of bathroom amenities (shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion), coffee pack, paper towels, toilet paper (2 rolls), and two garbage bags to start, guests must provide additional. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishware (including plastic for the kiddos), glasses and silverware along with cooking and grilling utensils. Coffee pot is a 12 cup and single cup brew. Toaster and crockpot along with pots, pans, sheet pans, mixing bowls, serving dishes, Tupperware, plastic cups/insulated cups and knives.
