Luxury, interior‑designed mews house in Devizes market town. Sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms with 2.5 baths (ensuite + family + downstairs loo). Includes a cosy lounge with log burner, enclosed patio, and free off‑street parking for 1 car. Baby & toddler friendly. Shops and pubs, including The Black Swan pub on your doorstep. An ideal base for: Caen Hill locks - 2 mins Lacock, Avebury and West Woods (bluebells) - 15 mins Bath, Longleat and Stonehenge - 30 mins Stourhead - 45 mins The space You enter into an open plan sitting room and dining room, off which is an eat in kitchen and downstairs cloak room. Both the kitchen and sitting room lead out to the large patio. The sitting room has a log burner. Off the patio is a large laundry room, with a separate washing machine and dryer. The upstairs has a master bedroom with en suite shower room. There is a Super King size bed (or can be made up to two singles if needed on longer trips). The second and third bedrooms both have two singles and there is a good sized family bathroom. Outside the house, the doorbell is a Ring doorbell with the 'chime' located in the dining area. Parking wise - please note that the access to the courtyard parking and house is slim. Whilst the builders did get their van in, I find it hard with our larger car! Other things to note House details: Spread over two floors: a sociable ground‑floor living/dining room, plus an eat in kitchen. Then three comfy bedrooms upstairs, plus 2.5 bathrooms. A sparkling family bathroom, a private ensuite for the main bedroom, and a handy downstairs loo. A proper cook’s kitchen—sharp knives, decent pans, and the little extras (oil, salt, pepper, tea/coffee) that make self‑catering easy. Fast Wi‑Fi for streaming and planning; a smart TV for movie nights; and simple heating controls to keep things perfectly toasty. Family‑friendly Baby and toddler‑ready with an enclosed patio and family layout; let us know if you need a travel cot or highchair, we have 2 of each. Parking & arrival Free off‑street parking for one car right by the house—arrivals are easy, even with bags and buggies. There are 2 local car parks for additional cars. Work‑friendly Pull up a chair at the dining or kitchen tables, plenty of light, plugs and strong Wi‑Fi. And an additional desk in one of the three bedrooms.
