The space Your Home Away from Home Your spacious one bedroom villa features one bedroom with two Queen beds and a Queen Sleeper Sofa. The villa comes equipped with a full kitchen, with plenty of room for cooking family meals. Each kitchen has a stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, pots, pans, dishes, and clothes washer and dryer. You will enjoy the properties indoor heated pool, 2 outdoor heated pools and hot tubs, water slides, indoor water-park, a lazy river, and a children's activity room. Onsite, the resort has a fitness centre, games room , serenity spa, Southern Comfort Restaurant, plus a convenience store. For added convenience, the resort includes a shuttle to and from your building to resort amenities. Also many fun activities for the whole family on premises. Guest access Available For Your Stay Checking in is a breeze in the reception area where you will be greeted by a friendly staff. Your official resort confirmation is a primary requirement (not your Airbnb confirmation). In addition, personal ID, and a credit card will be required for the refundable deposit securing your stay. All you need to know will be provided by your receptionist and friendly concierge. You will enjoy full access to all the amenities on site. A Shuttle bus which runs daily to get you to the terrific lazy river and waterpark on site, Spa for relaxation, gym to enjoy, and games room. Something for the entire family. There are several places to eat, such as the lovely Southern Comfort Restaurant with it's beautiful roaring fire place and scrumptious menu for your enjoyment. The handy snack bar at the waterpark will offer you all your favourite snacks when visiting the 60,000 square foot indoor splash paradise. Should you need any groceries you are welcome to visit the well stocked convenience store packed with essentials and lots of memorabilia and gifts to remember your trip. Other things to note Upon booking, you will be asked to verify your full name and address matching your ID. You will be asked for your email address for the purpose of receiving your resort issued confirmation. Please note, your formal guest reservation which is provided by your host, will be accepted at check in , your Airbnb confirmation is not acceptable. Your ID will be required at check-in for verification purposes along with a credit card for a refundable security deposit. Please note, renovations are currently taking place on several buildings. Possible activity and noise may occur during your stay. All amenities are expected to stay open.
