Price shown is room only. The space Our property features just four private studios, ensuring a quiet, uncrowded atmosphere. Your studio includes: The Bedroom: A premium, locally crafted King-size bed with crisp linens, positioned to catch the natural breeze. The Bathroom: A clean, modern private bathroom with excellent water pressure to rinse off the salt and sand. Outdoor Living: A private balcony (ground floor) looking out over the lush jungle greenery. The Experience: A favorite highlight for our guests is relaxing outdoors with a morning coffee or afternoon beer to watch the scenic coastal trains gracefully glide past the jungle canopy below. Guest access Your private studio and its attached balcony/terrace are entirely yours to enjoy. You also have full access to our beautiful shared rooftop space and fully equipped kitchen. The Peak Location: Perched on a small hill, offering cooler coastal breezes and a peaceful escape away from the noisy main road. The Shared Rooftop: Relax, cook, and store your cold drinks in our communal kitchen equipped with premium cooking gear. Surf Access: Just minutes away from Hiriketiya Bay and Dickwella Beach—perfect for quick surf checks. We have plenty of secure space to store your boards. The Train View: A favorite highlight for our guests is relaxing on the rooftop with a morning coffee or afternoon beer to watch the scenic coastal trains pass through the jungle canopy below. During your stay We love welcoming travellers to our peaceful peak! Our on-site team is available daily to help you settle in, point out the best local dining spots, or check the daily surf conditions at Dickwella and Hiriketiya. While we are always around if you need anything, we completely respect your privacy. You are free to enjoy your quiet, minimalist studio and the rooftop space at your own pace. Think of us as your local friends on the island—here when you need us, and invisible when you want to relax! Other things to note Scenic Coastal Train: Our property sits near the coastal train tracks. You will hear and see the train pass by during the day. Our guests love this unique, authentic touch of Sri Lankan transit, but we mention it so you can look forward to the view! Our Peak Location: We are located on a small hill. While this rewards you with cooler coastal breezes and keeps you away from the noisy main road traffic, there is a short, slight incline to reach us. Tropical Nature: Because we are surrounded by lush jungle canopy, you will see and hear beautiful local wildlife, including birds, peacocks, and monkeys. Surf Vibe & Eco-Mindset: We love the ocean and ask our guests to help us preserve our island by turning off AC units and lights when leaving the studio.
