The space KITCHEN: The fully equipped kitchen comes with utensils, pots, pans, coffee maker, seasoning (salt/pepper/oil/etc) along with the appliances you will need for your short or long stay including a dishwasher. LAUNDRY: There is a washer and dryer for your convenience located in the hallway. Laundry detergent is also provided. LIVING ROOM: The living area is a spacious area with plenty of comfortable seating. The living room has a large 75" Roku TV and board games for entertainment. BEDROOMS *Bedroom 1: Main level - Queen size bed with a 43" Roku TV. *Bedroom 2: Main level - Queen size bed with a 55" Roku TV. *Bedroom 3: Main level - Bunk bed with pull out trundle ( 2- Twin size mattress & Full size mattress) with a 55" Roku TV. BATHROOM 1: Located in the master bedroom with tub and shower. Bathroom is equipped with body wash, shampoo, condition, and etc. BATHROOM 2: Located down the hall with tub and shower. Bathroom is equipped with body wash, hair dryer, shampoo, condition, etc. WIFI: Free Wifi OUTDOOR SPACE: Home sits on half an acre of open backyard space in a peaceful neighborhood. PARKING: Drive way and carport available. Parking spaces will fit a total of 4 cars. NO STREET PARKING/GRASS. PET(s): No pets allowed at the unit. Any unauthorized pet(s) will result in a $150 fee. EARLY CHECK IN: Guests can request an early check-in within 48 hours from arrival. There is a $35/hour early check-in fee. LATE CHECK OUT: Guests can request a late check-out within 48 hours from departure. Late checkouts are not guaranteed, and we cannot approve any late check-outs before this 48 hours window. If late check-out is available, guests will be charged $35/hour after the normal 11AM check-out time. Late checkouts will not be allowed past 3PM. ****Guests who check out late without our approval will be charged a $250 fee. We do provide a grace period of 15 minutes max before the unauthorized late checkout fee is applied.
