Nestled in the Parc Naturel du Perche, 1h30 from Paris, Maison Tomette is beautiful typical of the region surrounded by a large wooded garden with swimming pool. Ideal for your weekends with friends/family or small seminars during the week, it has 5 BD including 1 dormitory, a library with a TV area, sofa bed and desk, and a large living room. Nature, culture, or gastronomy lovers, come and discover the Perche (hills & forests, hiking, market, flea market). The space 🏡 🌿 Maison Tomette can comfortably accommodate 10 people and up to 14 people. The pool is open from April to September and heated from May to September. === 🛏️ HOSTING === Maison Tomette can comfortably accommodate 10 adults in 5 bedrooms. Are there 12 of you? 2 more people can sleep in a "real" sofa bed in the library (busy room) OR in the 5th bedroom which is a dorm (1 double bed 140cm and 2 single beds 70cm) Are there 14 of you? 2 people in the sofa bed and 2 people in the dorm Are there 15 of you? A person can also sleep on the bench/daybed (70 cm) of the Aubergine room (master bedroom). For this, it's best to contact me to discuss. However, to feel comfortable and make the most of it, it is rather intended for groups of 12/14 adults max with possibly a few children. Sleeping arrangements: ===1st floor== 1 - Aubergine Room -: queen size bed (160 cm) for 2 people + daybed for a 3rd person 2 - Green Room: one queen size bed (160 cm) for 2 people === Ground floor === 3 - Cream Room: one queen size bed (160 cm) for 2 people 4 - Cream Room: one queen size bed (160 cm) for 2 people 5 - Terracota room/ Dorm - one double bed (140 cm) for 2 people in standard room mode, plus 2 single beds (70 cm) for 2 people (ideally children) in dorm mode -- 6 - Library (non-insulated room with passage): a real sofa bed (140cm) for 2 people If you are more than 14, it is also possible to sleep on a daybed in the Aubergine room (master bedroom). Again, the house ideally lends itself to 10, or even 12 adults and a few more children so that the quality of your stay is optimal. Air conditioning is available in one of the bedrooms (the purple bedroom) upstairs and in the main living room only. The staircase to access the 2 bedrooms upstairs is steep and not suitable for people downstairs or people with reduced mobility (elderly people or with crutches/cane). There are tennis clubs in La Bazoche-Gouet (10 min), Melleray, and Vibraye. === CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT === If conditions allow, it is possible to check in and check out later. === CLEANING === The premises must be left in the same condition as you found them. Before your departure, we ask that you: • Remove the linens (fitted sheet, comforter cover and pillowcases) and place them at the foot of the bed (do not remove the mattress protectors and the covers for the comforters and decorative pillows). • Leave the kitchen clean (fridge cleaned, dishwasher emptied, dishes clean, etc.) • Empty and sort your trash • Tidy up the garden, clean the barbecue, put the cover back on the pool. === EVENINGS AND NOISE NUISANCES === As the property is located on the outskirts of the village, out of respect for the neighborhood, parties are completely prohibited. === PETS === Unfortunately no pets are allowed. === CIGARETTES === Smoking is not allowed in the house, and butts must be placed in the trash or in the ashtrays, which must be emptied before you leave. ===AIR CONDITIONING=== Air conditioning in the purple master bedroom and kitchen only
