Nestled in the Parc Naturel du Perche, 1.5 hours from Paris, @Maison.Tomette is a beautiful house typical of the area, surrounded by a large wooded garden with a swimming pool. Ideal for your weekends with friends/family or small seminars during the week, it has 5 BD including 1 dormitory, a library with a TV area, sofa bed and desk, and a large living room. Nature, culture, or gastronomy lovers, come and discover the Perche (hills & forests, hiking, market, flea market). It consists of: ✔️ 5 bedrooms (including 1 dorm for 4 people) and a bookcase with a sofa bed (see detail in ACCOMMODATION) ✔️ 3 baths ✔️ A fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, etc.) with a friendly dining area ✔️ A great living room with a fireplace ✔️ A library with TV and board games by the fireplace ✔️ A protected outdoor swimming pool with a bar cover in a large 2000 m2 wooded garden 📍 Location Located in Plessis-Dorin, next to Montmirail and its castle, surrounded by hilly meadow and forest. The house is out of the village. The pool is open from April to September and heated from May to September. === 🛏️ HOSTING === Maison Tomette can comfortably accommodate 10 adults in 5 bedrooms. Are there 12 of you? 2 more people can sleep in a "real" sofa bed in the library (busy room) OR in the 5th bedroom which is a dorm (1 double bed 140cm and 2 single beds 70cm) Are there 14 of you? 2 people in the sofa bed and 2 people in the dorm Are there 15 of you? A person can also sleep on the bench/daybed (70 cm) of the Aubergine room (master bedroom). For this, it's best to contact me to discuss. However, to feel comfortable and make the most of it, it is rather intended for groups of 12/14 adults max with possibly a few children. Sleeping arrangements: ===1st floor== 1 - Aubergine Room -: queen size bed (160 cm) for 2 people + daybed for a 3rd person 2 - Green Room: one queen size bed (160 cm) for 2 people === Ground floor === 3 - Cream Room: one queen size bed (160 cm) for 2 people 4 - Cream Room: one queen size bed (160 cm) for 2 people 5 - Terracota room/ Dorm - one double bed (140 cm) for 2 people in standard room mode, plus 2 single beds (70 cm) for 2 people (ideally children) in dorm mode -- 6 - Library (non-insulated room with passage): a real sofa bed (140cm) for 2 people If you are more than 14, it is also possible to sleep on a daybed in the Aubergine room (master bedroom). Again, the house ideally lends itself to 10, or even 12 adults and a few more children so that the quality of your stay is optimal. Air conditioning is available in one of the bedrooms (the purple bedroom) upstairs and in the main living room only. The staircase to access the 2 bedrooms upstairs is steep and not suitable for people downstairs or people with reduced mobility (elderly people or with crutches/cane). A tennis club is at La Bazoche-Gouet (10 min), Melleray or Vibraye. === CHECK IN & CHECK-OUT === If conditions allow, it is possible to arrive and leave the house later. === HOUSEKEEPING === The premises must be left in the same condition as you found it. Before you leave, we ask that you: • Remove the sheets (fitted sheet, comforter cover and pillowcases) and place them at the foot of the bed (do not remove mattress pads and decorative pillow covers). • Leave the kitchen clean (fridge cleaned, dishwasher emptied, clean dishes, etc.) • Empty and sort your trash • Tidy up the garden, clean the barbecue, put the tarp back on the pool. === EVENING AND NOISE REQUIREMENTS === Being located outside the village, out of respect for the neighborhood, the evenings are completely prohibited. === ANIMALS === Unfortunately, no pets are allowed. === CIGARETTES === No smoking is allowed in the house and butts must be put in the trash or in the ashtrays to be emptied before you leave. ===AIR CONDITIONING=== Air conditioning in the purple master bedroom and kitchen only
