Our caravan is a warm, comfortable haven for an overnight stay, or longer term. Ideal for staying near family, work trip or just some you time. Central location. The space Our comfy caravan sleeps 4 and has fully equipped kitchen with kettle, toaster, oven, hob, fridge freezer, sink & drainer. With pans, oven tray, utensils, mugs, plates, cutlery. Tea, Coffee, Hot Chocolate, Sugar & milk are provided. Superfast Wifi included. Towels & Bedding included. 2 separate sleeping areas – a fixed double bed to the rear and a further large double bed or 2 singles can be made at the front seating area There is a small full shower room with hot water tank, toilet & sink Lounge with TV, Dvd player, Roku Box, a dining / work table that can fold away Washing machine service and clothes drying service may be available - let us know if you need this. We are 5 mins drive from Derby city centre and about 15 mins from A50 & M1 so close for commuting. Quiet cul de sac location with ample on street parking Front garden available for use with table and chairs, Swing, Slide, Wendy house and kids toys Strictly no parties, fires (Disposable BBQ's can be used on request) or pets Guest access All areas of Caravan and front garden are available for guests to use Please ensure the small gate is kept locked if you use the front garden. Other things to note Sofa can be made into 2 single beds or a large double. 2 x single or 1 x double sleeping bags are provided.
