Eftrapelia in ancient greek means the happiness of the life. Our apartment is in a unique location, in a beautiful village of Crete. Near to Eftrapelia you will find Kalyves. Kalyves is a village with a lot of tavernes near to the sea. Also there are many beaches close to our apartment. Eftrapelia is 25 minutes from the center of Chania and 50 minutes from the center of Rethymno. Chania Old Town: Approximately 20 km (about 30 minutes by car). Kalyves: About 6 km (around 10 minutes by car). Beaches near Provarma: Kalyves Beach: A beautiful, organized beach with shallow waters, perfect for families. It’s just a short drive from Provarma (around 10 minutes). Almyrida Beach: A peaceful beach with crystal-clear waters, ideal for swimming and relaxing. Located about 15 minutes from Provarma. Omprosgialos Beach: A more secluded and quiet beach, perfect for those seeking tranquility, located about 30 minutes from Provarma. Georgioupoli Beach: A long sandy beach with calm waters, ideal for families and swimming. Located around 25 minutes by car from Provarma. Rethymno: About 40 km (around 50 minutes by car). A perfect destination for a day trip to explore its charming old town, Venetian harbor, and historic Fortezza fortress. Transportation Advice: A car is highly recommended for your stay at Provarma. It will give you the flexibility to easily explore nearby beaches, villages, and Chania itself at your own pace.
