Private Basement Suite near Downtown Pittsburgh

Cozy basement suite with private entrance, private bathroom, 1 queen bed, couch, TV, wi-fi, dining table, microwave, fridge, and Keurig. Free off-street parking. 15 minutes from downtown Pittsburgh, 20 from Lawrenceville, 10 from Monroeville. 15 minutes from the Pittsburgh Zoo and Aquarium. 2 minutes from a park with walking trails. Guest access Guests have a private entrance in the rear of the house. They have access to the unit and its private bathroom. Note there is NO kitchen access, but unit includes mini-fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. Other things to note Note: - House is old. You will hear me walking around upstairs, but I'll try keep quiet from 11 pm - 6 am on weekdays ands 12 pm to 9 am on weekends. - Unit has low ceilings at about 6'9". One beam in the middle of the room is just over 6". - I have a cat and a dog. I mostly keep them out of the unit, so you shouldn't notice anything unless you have VERY sensitive cat/dog allergies. - Since this is a basement, there is not much natural light coming in - only a small window on the door. - Also because it's a basement, it can get a bit chilly. I don't have a separate thermostat in there. It gets around 60 °F on hot days because the AC is running. There is a space heater that works well at heating it up. There are also extra blankets and an extra comforter in the closet if you need them. -My neighborhood is NOT at all walkable. No sidewalks or anything. Although I personally run/walk to the nearby park, I can't guarantee you'll find it safe.
