Made of stone, wood and iron, it has 170 m2, 4 bedrooms (double bed and bathroom; double bed, double trundle bed and bathroom; double bed; and three single beds) and 4 bathrooms in total, heating, kitchen, wood stove and patio with barbecue and sofas, as well as all amenities (ceramic hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster), collective games. It is close to the stream, the meadow, the craft workshops, restaurant, bookstore, and the visitable winery. The space The Casa Rural de la Escalera, built in stone, wood and ironwork, has 170 m2 of surface area, distributed in 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, a fully equipped independent kitchen, a living-dining room with a wood stove, a 49" television, a patio with a barbecue and wifi. It is ideal for an occupancy of 11 people. For lower occupancy, request price on the phone. The kitchen is fully equipped and has an induction hob, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, pots and pans of different sizes, oven dishes, toaster and pressure cooker. It has basic utensils (dishes and complete cutlery), wine glasses, cocktail glasses and tablecloths. It has an iron, clothesline and ironing board. The living-dining room has a wood-burning stove, 49"TV, enea table and chairs, stools, a display case, a large corner sofa and individual armchairs, and two windows overlooking the stream and meadow area. It has a small library of historical and cultural literature of the environment and collective games (chess, parchís, goose) for the older ones and children's games (stories, bowling, paintings) for the little ones. The 45 m2 patio has a barbecue, wooden table and benches, and a sofa and armchairs on the porch, as well as artificial lighting to enjoy long evenings. Private rooms The ground floor room includes a wrought iron bed (135x190), chair, bedside tables and lamp, a dresser and wardrobe; windows with linen curtains overlooking the courtyard of the house and another outside, overlooking the meadow; full bathroom, with sink, toilet and bathtub with safety handles. The suite bedroom has a double bed (140x190) and a daybed (2x90x190), bedside tables and an auxiliary chair, a double closet with shelves and a coat rack; a full bathroom with a window, a shower, a sink, a toilet and a shelf with rustic details. The green room has a double bed (135x190), bedside tables, wooden shoe rack, wardrobe with shelves and drawers, and windows on the ceiling and wall. The bedroom with a washbasin has two single beds (90x190), a bedside table, a closet, a washbasin with a jug, and a forged shoehorn. The location of the house a few meters from the Polendos stream, the fountains, the meadow, the craft workshops, the ash tree path and several walking routes, will allow travelers to enjoy a peaceful stay in the village. In the village there is a restaurant with traditional cuisine, a bar-bookstore where second-hand books are sold at different prices (from 1 euro), a winery and Agejas vineyards where tastings and organized visits are held, and craft workshops (ceramics, wood, engravings, silver) open to the public on the first weekend of each month. Pottery workshops can be arranged (making cups, glasses, plates). 5 km away in the municipality of Cantimpalos is the municipal swimming pool (a large one for adults and one for children) on a wide esplanade and grove, beach bar with kitchen and the possibility of leaving and entering on the same day without paying again (price 2.20 euros). The house is an hour and ten minutes from Madrid and twelve minutes from Segovia. Other things to note Patio with porch and sofas. Possibility of ceramic craft workshops.
