This 70 m2 house has been renovated in an old farmhouse. It is in the heart of the village of Jouy, and a 3-minute drive from the SNCF train station, making it an ideal place to visit Chartres and its Eure Valley or simply enjoy all the comforts during a business trip. The space This house is composed of a fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, fridge, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, etc.) as well as all the necessary utensils to be able to cook during your stay! The bedrooms are composed of a queen-size bed as well as a desk and the living room has a comfortable sofa bed. You will find two modern bathrooms with toilet. The upstairs bathroom is equipped with a spa bath. The house is very pleasant to stay in, very bright and secure (1 gate with code + 1 door with key box before accessing the apartment). The house is suitable for 4 Adults and 2 Children or 5 Adults. The house is not suitable for 6 adults. PS: coffee machine with beans and tea available!
