Earth-BnB

Earth-BnB is a self-sufficient off-grid, self-contained Earthship, set in Willunga on the beautiful Fleurieu Peninsula, less than an hour’s drive from Adelaide. You will be surrounded by views of the ocean, and McLaren Vale and surroundings all the way to Mount Lofty in the distance to your north. Earth-BnB is a place to slow down, live mindfully, and embrace the wonderful region. Its warm earthy tones are set to relax and calm the soul. The space You are booking an OFF GRID building, please read the books provided to help guide you how to best use the Earth-BnB. Off grid living means that sometimes when the sun doesn't shine there might be limited power. It means that you need to be aware of usages (e.g. having a big hot bath and expecting endless hot water the next morning after no sun). We have the best possible system set up for the size and capacity if people use within their means. This includes a filtration system for ALL water coming into the building and the bath, only the outside tap is not filtered. There's a screen that shows you your usage of power so you know how much reserve power there is. There is also a solar hot water system that is ample for a hot bath and some more, which includes a gas boost for the colder months. If you have any issues you can always contact us to help you. An advantage of off-grid living is the opportunity to be more environmentally friendly. By relying on renewable energy sources like solar power, you are reducing your reliance on fossil fuels and contributing to a cleaner and greener planet. Guest access There is ample room for a couple to relax around the Earth-BnB, if you feel like a walk you are welcome to explore the property. Please DO NOT walk on the EarthBnB roof, or drive anywhere other than the gravel tracks. Also please drive carefully over any "Speed Humps", these are actually run off diversion channels designed to minimise water erosion on the property. Thank you. Other things to note There is an air fryer in the kitchen, coffee grinder and percolator. If you walk past the bath there is a small "shed" under the solar hot water system, here you will find a Weber Baby Q bbq and some other useful items.
