This beach has water sports activities like para sailing & jet ski boats. We provide a comfortable stay for 10 people and additionally 2 peoples arrangements can be made with a sofa cum bed. Enjoy mountain views complete with waterfalls (only in monssons) and lush greenery from all the rooms and from the dining area enjoy sea & sunset views on 1 side and mountain views on the other. It's a treat for Nature Lovers! At night star gazing has it's own charms & if you are visiting during monsoons you get to see beautiful FIRE FLIES at night, right from the rooms!! This place offers more than just a relaxing stay. For the adventurous, there is Phansad Wildlife Sanctuary, as well as many famous Forts like Murud Janjira, Revdanda & Korlai. Konkan is best known for it's Sea Food. There are good shacks and restaurants just 5-10 mins from the place, which serve lipsmacking traditional maharashtrian style dishes. We also provide contacts details for food to be delivered and can be enjoyed in the dining area. You can also get frsh catch at the nearby fish markets if you wish to buy your own seafood and get it cooked at some known shacks (contact details will be provided). Other things we provide at La Vida Villa : * A Private Plunge Pool in all 5 balconies of the rooms. * Clean toilets bathrooms with toiletries. * In the dining area a Bar cabinet with glasses and bar tools & a refrigerator (bring your own alcohol). * Smoking is permitted in the dining area & the private balcony area with the window OPEN and with the balcony door CLOSED. We STRICTLY do not allow smoking in the rooms for cleanliness purposes and to avoid smoke smell in the rooms for the comfort of our next visitors. * Car parking is available for upto 6 cars. * There is a Manager & House keeping staff on the site from 9 AM till evening & a caretaker 24/7. During electricity cuts basic fan & lights will work, but not the AC & GEYSER. Bedroom 1 is bigger than the other 4 rooms and can accommodate 2 adults 2 kids or even 4 adults, the additional 2 get a Queen size sofa bed, this is a luxury rooms and needs to be specifically requested as on Airbnb there is no option to mention different room type & rates. This rooms cost Rs. 5000 more than the normal price and the difference will be charged at Check In.
