You can use everything in the kitchen and common areas. It has air conditioning, wifi, PlayStation, Netflix, etc. The only drawback is that it is a third floor without an elevator. The beach is practically 50 meters away and it is close to supermarkets. Guest access There are plenty of parking spaces available in the area. It is close to the beach and downtown.
