Room rental in a SHARED apartment

Two rooms with 3 separate beds in a SHARED apartment with a couple that only tonight. Everything in the apartment can be used. It is located 50 meters from the beach, right next to Mercadona, Carrefour, cinema, Hospital and cafes. The house has everything you need. (heating, air conditioning, sheets, towels, kitchen utensils...) The space the house has 3 rooms of which two are for the enjoyment of the guest, you can use everything or that there is in the kitchen and common areas, it has air conditioning, wifi, playstation, netflix, etc... the only downside is that it is a third party without elevator. the beach is 50 meters away practically and is close to supermarkets. Guest access in the area there are quite a few parking lots available, it is close to the beach and downtown, the flea market and carrofour are practically at the door of the house, close to hospital, cafes and cinema. the house is a third party without an elevator.
