The Stables is a luxurious converted stable building. The property is newly and tastefully decorated. Warm and cosy with underfloor heating throughout. There is a secure enclosed garden overlooking horse paddocks and surrounded by open countryside. Light and airy with original exposed beams. Generous indoor and outdoor seating areas. Starlink internet and 46 inch TV. The property is in a peaceful location yet accessible to major northwest cities and gorgeous countryside. The space The Stables is entered via an enclosed porch. The main door opens into a tiled hallway with storage for coats and shoes. From the hallway you can enter each bedroom, the main bathroom and the open plan kitchen, dining and living areas. There are two bedrooms, one with a kingsize bed plus ensuite. The second bedroom has two single beds. All beds are very comfortable. There is a gated off staircase to an attic room from the main bedroom which is used to store extra bedding. This is not used by guests. In the living room there are two Italian leather sofas plus a stool. There is a large flat screen TV with access to streaming channels. Bring your Amazon log in details if you wish to download paid for TV. We have great internet via Starlink. The kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer. There is a central island for dining with bar stools. We supply tea/coffee and a pint of milk on arrival. We also ensure there are dishwasher tablets and laundry detergent available. In the bathrooms there will be shampoo, conditioner and shower gel along with fresh towels and toilet paper. There are large patio doors leading to a paved area with a table and benches for al fresco dining. Guests enjoy the fully enclosed garden (especially if bringing a dog) and comfortable cushioned seating for outdoor lounging. There are nice pubs and shops in the area a short drive away. The property is a beautifully converted stable building. It is sited within our busy small holding, overlooking horses and sheep in the adjacent paddocks. The property is entirely on the ground floor. Guest access The Stables is quietly located set back from the road. There is private allocated parking for three cars. Other things to note The property does not have facilities for very young children. If guests wish to bring a child under five years of age, we ask that we discuss the property in more detail before making the booking. We are happy to accept one small/medium sized, well behaved dog. If guests wish to bring more than one dog, we ask that they discuss with us first.
