To the left you have a full bathroom with a tub, a washer/ dryer area, a bedroom with a closet and two twin beds. You also have another bedroom with a queen bed and a desk with charging ports and a chair. To the right of the home you have a master bedroom with a queen sized bed, walk in closet, and a double sink bathroom with a separate area with a stand up shower and toilet. Outside you have a welcoming patio table and 4 chairs. You also have two glass end tables with two more chairs as well. Enjoy the solar lights, beautiful walkway and gorgeous trees/ landscaping. Guest access You enter to the side of the house. There is a path you follow with solar lights that’s brings you to the front entrance. You have a key code box on the door handle. Enter the code and you will receive your key to get inside. Check in details will be sent to you the day of arrival. You also have a welcome folder inside for you as well. The garage is locked and not permitted to guests. Please do not enter. There is a key card on the kitchen counter for you use to access the clubhouse pool, hottub, conference rooms, yoga and children’s area. You also will receive a clicker on the kitchen counter in which you use if you will be coming in after 10pm. Please make sure you put your key back in the lock box on the front door before you leave the premises. The clicker and the key card need to be placed back on the kitchen counter before you leave the premises. Any lost or stolen keys, key cards or clickers will result in a fee of $250. Other things to note The property is fully furnished with all immediate necessities. We also provide tea and coffee! Trash day is every Friday. Place your trash cans out front by the road early Friday morning and put back away behind the house when not in use. This home is in The Villages of Parkwood! There is a communal pool, hottub, gym, yoga room, conference room, children’s room, kitchen/ lounge, etc that is about 1/4 mile up the road from the property!
