Located in Viçosa do Ceará, in Serra da Ibiapaba, the Viçosinha de Açúcar Chalet is the perfect place for those seeking tranquility, in a unique lodging. Rustic and charming, simple and cozy, it offers a genuinely Ceará experience, enjoying the local cold in a special way. The construction project was designed and executed with care and zeal, bringing our visitors maximum comfort and convenience within what we imagine as a necessity. Come and visit us! The space The Viçosinha de Açúcar Chalet offers private parking (chalet 02 and chalet 07) and 24-hour security with monitoring cameras in the outdoor areas. The interior space is cozy and rustic, highlighted by the exposed brick architecture. The chalets are spacious, equipped with a coat rack, luggage rack and a table with individual chairs for each chalet. Each cottage has a double bed, a single bed and a hammock. They all have TVs and fans and outlets next to the bed. We have chalet options with and without a minibar. All have bedding, blankets, bath towels and face towels. The cottages have a spacious, individual bathroom with a hot shower. The outdoor area with hammock and table and chairs for that moment of relaxation, such as enjoying a good wine, also has a swimming pool, deck, barbecue, outdoor terrace and a green area that brings an indescribable feeling of peace. Not to mention the various spaces to take that photo. Hosting more than 4 people per cottage is not allowed. Guest access The Viçosinha de Açúcar Chalet is 5 minutes from downtown Viçosa and 10 minutes from the Church of Heaven, located 100 meters from CE 87, in the Serra Ville Allotment. Access is all on asphalt paved roads, well lit and in a prime location, close to everything and away from the noise of the city center. It offers private parking (chalet 02 and chalet 07) but the place is super quiet to park on the street. The space has 2 sliding gates to facilitate the parking of the guest of each cottage. Check-in is done through self check-in, the keys are stored in the electronic key holder. After the booking is confirmed, a password is sent to the guest along with all the information necessary to make their stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible. During your stay Through Wi-Fi, you, the guest, will be able to contact us and ask any questions or request information. The return is quick.
